Lazzerini 1431 undertakes, in case of damaged or wrong goods consignment, to do a replacement of the faulty product at its expense. It is necessary just to do a simple call or send a fax or an email; the same is also in case of non-intact packaging.
If you want to withdraw from you order, because you don’t' like the goods anymore or you have change your mind, it is advisable to follows these laws.
If you are not completely satisfied with the articles you have ordered, simply send us a registered letter with return receipt which: says that you wish to take advantage of law D.Lgs. 185 May 1999 to send the goods back; gives details of the product you want to return to us; includes the number of the order you received when you purchased the goods; and includes all relevant information about your bank account (name of the bank, the branch name and number, and the number of your current account). To get your money back, simply send back the goods referred to in your letter, fax or telegram via post, together with the delivery note attached to the goods when they were originally delivered to you.
